WHAT

WE TREAT

ADDRESSING BOTH THE PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL COMPONENTS OF HEALING.

Unhealthy Habits, Patterns, & Beliefs

From the time of our infancy, we have experiences that contribute to how we interpret the world around us. From these experiences, we create stories that contribute to our beliefs about ourselves, others, and our environment. Our ideas also contribute to habits and patterns that can hold us back in different ways.

Patterns like self-deprecation, negative self-talk, eating when stressed or bored, pushing people away, or distancing ourselves due to guilt or feelings of loneliness, overspending, smoking, alcohol abuse, and overuse of media, all keep us from becoming our best selves. Using Cellular Release Therapy (CRT), we work together to reach the root cause of each of your individualized barriers. This will allow you the freedom to make different choices and improve your overall health and happiness.

Stress Reduction

Our world is filled with stressful situations, whether externally or internally created. Science has consistently shown that increased stress will change our physiology. Some of these changes include increased heart rate, insomnia, headaches, gastrointestinal distress, high blood pressure, and infertility. CRT is a top-down approach that takes away the triggering elements caused by stress, so the body no longer has the issues it once did. At the same time, we use a myriad of techniques to connect the mind and body, helping educate the body to be able to respond more productively and healthily.

Pelvic & Abdominal Pain

Studies show that 8-32% of people will experience pelvic or abdominal pain at some point; in conjunction, the World Health Organization* estimates that spinal pain will affect 60-70% of the population. Pelvic-specific pain can be due to trauma such as birth trauma, sports or car accident-related trauma, abuse, or even infections. The pelvis is a unique structure that houses reproductive, urinary, and bowel organs. There are an abundant blood supply and a vast amount of nerves in this area. As the pelvis is the center of our body, it is also the center of where we hold the emotions for sexuality, finances, relationships, and personal power. Often the feelings, experiences, and beliefs that we have will directly influence the structures in this area of the body. It is imperative to look at the WHOLE self—the combination of body, mind, emotions, spirit—for one to truly heal.
